π― The Goal
Complete the equivalent of 26 marathons in 2026.
A marathon equivalent = 26.2 miles (42.195 km).
You can reach this through marathons, ultramarathons, or self-supported runs.
π Mileage Conversion Rules
Marathon (26.2+ miles, up to 50K) β Counts as 1 marathon equivalent.
50K (31 miles) β Counts as 1 marathon equivalent (bonus miles not counted).
100K (62 miles) β Counts as 2 marathon equivalents.
100 Mile races β Count as 4 marathon equivalents.
Events under 26.2 miles (5K, 10K, Half) β Do not count toward the 26, but can be logged as bonus events.

Each marathon equivalent should be logged with:
Date
Event name/location
Distance covered
Marathon equivalents earned
Acceptable proof includes: official race results, GPS logs (Strava, Garmin, etc.), or a personal race report.

Stay true to the spirit of the challenge: only count legitimate races or runs that meet the mileage rules.
